I believe the LA Fitness used to be a bowling alley back in the day but was closed in 2003 because the owners didn’t think that it would fit into the new Silver Spring.

The Grand Prix of Silver Spring took place on Sunday. This was the third running of the event and included some of the top riders and teams in the USA.

Last night we ventured to Blair High School for a night of baseball. The line-up included the College Park Bombers vs the Silver Spring-Takoma Thunderbolts (white shirts) both a part of the Cal Ripken Sr. Summer Collegiate baseball league. Northwood High school played Clarksburg High School in basketball last night. The company I work for was taping it to be broadcast on a local cable channel. This is the two announcers preparing to do the pre game intro.

The company I work for was videoing the Montgomery County Cheerleading Competition at Blair High School. Not the greatest image but I had to snap it quickly during a 30 second break in the action.
