When I last visited Tech Road many months ago this car park would only be half full at best during lunch time. Today it was almost impossible to find a space. Everyone heading for the new Chick-fil-A like me?

We stopped at a Five Guys for lunch – for those on the West Coast think In-N-Out Burger. The burgers and fries are OK but not in the same league as In-N-Out. For the ultimate burger there is no place better than Hodads in Ocean Beach, CA. Map it

On a shopping trip we spotted these geese meandering in front of Gannett’s offices. Besides these little fellows there were a small horde that were also crossing the road in a tortoise-like fashion.
