Every time I cross the footbridge at Forest Glen and I-495 I always wonder just what this figures is meant to be.

I love it. Has such energy and humour. Surely it’s a dog. Well it is to me. A bit like a Thurber dog too – oh except the ears are up and Thurber dogs are down. Anyway I’d say a dog.
