If MG thinks this block of Silver Spring looks run-down, then maybe MG hasn’t spent much time further South on GA Ave.

Sunny, but rundown. Not the kind of photo that inspires people to move to the neighborhood. Just goes to show that outside of the handful of redeveloped blocks, Silver Spring is still full of urban blight and has a long way to go.
