I am not sure when he first arrived but I spotted this food vendor outside of the Discovery Building about 3 weeks ago. Its your basic hot dog, bratwurst and taco stand. I wonder if there are more to come?

SilverDocs is an international film festival held at the AFI Silver Theatre and Cultural Center. There were over a 100 films at this years event.
