The dedication of the L. Leonard Ruben District Court Building in Downtown Silver Spring. Amongst those in attendance were the Governor of Maryland - Martin O’Malley, two former Governors, a couple of US Senators, numerous Chief Judges and the Chief Executive of Montgomery County - Ike Leggett.

I knew that Downtown Silver Spring had free Wi-Fi but this was the first time I had seen a sign. I have tried to use it a few times but the signal has always been poor. Has anyone found a location that has good reception?
