Court Dedication
The dedication of the L. Leonard Ruben District Court Building in Downtown Silver Spring. Amongst those in attendance were the Governor of Maryland - Martin O’Malley, two former Governors, a couple of US Senators, numerous Chief Judges and the Chief Executive of Montgomery County - Ike Leggett.
