After many years of sitting empty work has begun on renovating the Walsh Motor Company building

I read occasionally on the local blogs that one of the stores missing from Downtown is a CVS/Savon type store. While there is a Rite Aid, its location is a little out of the way and parking always seems to be a problem whenever I am there.

The Remax Office is located next to the house that was for auction pictured last week. I do wonder if its days as an office are numbered as the combined land would make a nice  plot for redevelopment.
