Mica
I think it was 2005 when the Mica Condos were converted from rental apartments. I am not sure how long this sign has been up but I think they are having problems selling the last of the units. I know they have lowered the price and offered incentives a couple of times in the last year.
It makes you wonder how the three residential complexes being built near to it will do once they hit the market.

It simply boggles the mind what they do in Budapest as well. The market is already flooded yet the cranes are up all over the city for continuous building of more.
