Live Nation
I posted a picture of this building back in August with Birchmere Music Hall advertising. That deal fell apart and the council went looking for a new partner to open a live music venue in Downtown Silver Spring. A deal was signed with Live Nation to open a Fillmore Club in the space. This might not be the end of the story as a local company is looking to have the deal overturned so they can operate in the space.
