I love Jamba Juice, but every time I go to the one in Silver Spring, I am disappointed by their disorganization and the long wait. Most JJ’s I’ve been to use a great system where they wet the receipt, stick it to the blender, and your drink follows through the assembly line. This one gets orders mixed up, forgotten, and sometimes they even forget to collect payment as the person who takes your order is not always the person working the register. No exaggeration, the last two times I went took them about 15 minutes from start to finish. I would have walked out but they already had my money.
