One of the main problems with events like a cycling race is the traffic disruption. Six lanes of traffic were funneled into three lanes making the Downtown journey a lot longer.

It was Harry Potter Night in Downtown Silver Spring. Arriving we could see spotlights illuminating the sky. There was a band playing and it was busy.
