Chevy Chase Bank
Early on Sunday morning we went to Whole Foods in Rockville (my wife prefers it to the Silver Spring branch) and as we passed the Chevy Chase Bank we noticed they were making a TV commercial. The central character of their recent ads has been Benjamin Franklin - the historic US figure. You can just make him out in the center of the two images. While we were watching they seemed to be doing the same scene over and over - customers entering and leaving the bank - maybe some stock footage. We will be keeping our eyes open for the finished commercial.

Those random show-biz moments are always interesting. Did Mr. Franklin offer you an autographed bill? Did he tell you WHY it is all about the Benjamins?

Always seems strange to me how much time goes into a short commercial.
