The Woodmoor pastry shop has been open for over 40 years. The business was started by the present owner’s parents. The pastry’s are always good with that nice homemade flavor.

This is the 4th ‘Silver Spring Welcome’ art piece. It is located at Colesville Rd and Spring St. Its right next to a parking garage and I was unsure of how to to get an interesting shot. I finally went up to the top level of the parking garage and took this shot.

Another image from the day after the snow fell. I was trying to catch the moody sky behind one of my favorite subjects - trains. I don’t think it came out as well as I hoped but since I liked the subject I decided to post it.
