Your copyright claim should read precisely as the statute requires (I don't have the symbol available from this block so I'll just use a "C"... Again, it should read: "Copyright C 200X by Silver Spring Daily Photo" (no quote marks). That way, should someone violate your copyright you get the statutory damages without a drawn out presentation of evidence of first use, ownership, etc. GREAT WORK; Wish I still lived in the area.
