Wayside Market started life as an open air fruit stall, the fruit came from an orchard behind the stall. Over time it was enclosed and eventually converted into a beer and wine shop. It will soon be torn down and a strip mall will be built in its place. Map

This is one of the five houses in the Polychrome Historic District. They were constructed in the 1930′s from pre-fab concrete. Tiny polished stones are embedded in the concrete to give the houses a sparkle. Map

I came across this strange statue while driving around. I am not sure what it is supposed to be, maybe an Easter Island figure. It was on the grass outside a gas/petrol station at the corner of Randolph and Georgia. Map

I was just walking around looking for a good sunset image when I came to the window of the New Yorker Bakery. The sunset did not come out as colorful as I hoped but I think the reflection made up for the lack of color. Map
