Crazy House Prices #1
My wife loves to keep an eye on house prices in the area, information for the future so she says. I think the people renovating this property got to the market a little late. The previous 2 years prices were going up but as with much of the US prices have leveled off in the last 6 months or so. When she first noticed this house it was listed for 1.1 million USD. I think it was on the market for 6 months before thay decided to rent it out.
As for the crazy price. There is no land to speak of, the road is 10 feet from the front door and a railway runs behind it carrying 40 trains a day.

WOW! I think for that price you can live on a lake here! It is a beautiful looking house though…..but all those trains!

Wow! That’s an unbelievable price! Pretty house, but wow! Yes, the housing market is very slow. I guess it had to slow down eventually.
