Great shot! When I was a kid, my pal’s house backed up to the Beltway. We stood in the yard and waved at the cars on the day it opened. My mom decided to take us for a trip completely around the Beltway, starting at Georgia Avenue, but she got so scared of the speed and the traffic that she got off at Connecticut Avenue.
